You receive a reasoned price range. The brokerage agreement sets out services and commission in text form.
You receive all information in advance, including the cancellation policy.
Marketing
Documents, brochure, advertisements, viewings and checking of prospective buyers or tenants.
You receive regular feedback on enquiries and viewings.
Completion
Notary appointment or tenancy agreement, handover with a report.
If you wish, Corpus Hausverwaltung takes over the ongoing management.
