What is your property worth?
Are you thinking about selling, do you want clarity after an inheritance or do you need a basis for a decision? We assess the market price of your property free of charge and in a transparent way.
Online calculators give you a first figure, but they know neither the condition nor the special features of your property. For a reliable assessment we view the property on site, evaluate the documents and compare them with current market data, such as standard land values and the property market reports of the local valuation committees.
You receive a price range with a rationale: what has a positive effect, what lowers the price, and which asking-price strategy do we recommend? The assessment is free of charge and does not commit you to anything.

- Evaluation of documents such as floor plan, year of construction and modernisations

How a market price assessment works
Appointment
You give us the key details and we arrange an appointment.

Evaluation
We evaluate the documents and market data.
Result
We explain the price range to you in person and answer your questions.
Good to know
Our market price assessment is not a formal valuation report on the market value (Verkehrswertgutachten) under section 194 of the German Federal Building Code (Baugesetzbuch). Courts, tax offices or disputed estate settlements often require a report by publicly appointed experts or by the valuation committee. We will tell you when this makes sense.
What the cost depends on
- The market price assessment is free of charge
- There is no obligation to engage us for the sale
- A formal valuation report by experts is subject to a fee and is not part of our service
In the initial consultation we explain exactly when commission is payable, how much it is and who pays it. The initial consultation is free of charge.
