We need this data to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. If you contact us, we process the information you provide (for example your name, contact details, details of the property and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is aimed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries). Mandatory fields in the form are marked; without this information we cannot process the enquiry. We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law) prevent this.

Under sections 10 and 14 of the Estate Agents and Property Developers Ordinance (MaBV), we are obliged to retain certain business records. In addition, we verify the identity of contracting parties to purchase contracts in accordance with the German Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz).
