Corpus Makler is the estate agency division (“Makler” is German for broker) of Corpus Callosum Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH. We broker flats, houses and apartment buildings in Dortmund and the Ruhr area, for sale and to let.

We see ourselves as companions: we explain rather than persuade, and we name a price that we can justify. We hold a licence under section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (Erlaubnis nach § 34c Gewerbeordnung) and fulfil the statutory continuing education obligation for estate agents.

Because we belong to the Corpus Group, we work closely with Corpus Hausverwaltung, Corpus Galabau and Corpus Bau. If management, garden care or refurbishment is needed after the purchase, you already have the right contacts.

Corpus Callosum Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH (DLG) is a member of the Dortmund-based Corpus Group. The group has its roots in Dortmund and is at home in the Ruhr area. Under the DLG umbrella, we bring together property-related services: landscaping and garden care, real estate brokerage, property management and, with Corpus Bau, complete refurbishment, insulation and roofing.

Each division works independently and has its own professional responsibility. Where it helps you, the divisions coordinate with each other, for example when a residential complex needs to be managed, maintained and refurbished.
